Project Management


- Review of construction documents for quality and completeness along with coordination and compatibility studies of all   architectural   and engineering disciplines

- Review constructibility of project design

- Review of design criteria provided from clients, design documents, design specifications and identifying potential conflicts or   discrepancies

- Providing alternatives and solutions to infeasible design and specification proposals

- Continuous on site observation of the project’s execution and progress

- On site observation to ensure project procedures comply with state laws and industry standards in regard to security, hygiene   and   environmental protection

- Supervision of the compliance to the project quality program

- Project progress report using photographic images

- Day to day interaction and provisions of additional requirements by contractor, suppliers and/or manufacturers

- Review and approval of the projects bill of quantities, contractors/suppliers proposals and invoices

- Grouping and hand over of all operation and maintenance manuals to the client


Construction Management


- Preparation of the detailed time schedule

- Preparation of the cash flow

- Preparation of the site master plan

- Preparation of the site facilities

- Separation of the project in minor work packages and subcontracts

- Preparation of all necessary tender documents as well as specifications for each subcontract

- Consult the client with regard to the best bid for each subcontractor and supplier

- Follow up on the performance of each subcontractor

- Sign off on materials after quality control acceptance

- Preparation of monthly payment certificates for each       

 subcontractor and/or supplier

- Preparation of a full monthly progress report

- Project delivery and hand over
